Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as new product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.



Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.



Damaged or Lost Packages


We carefully package all products, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at divineheiressentials@outlook.com.


When reporting a damaged item:

Include clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label.

This helps us quickly verify the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it.


We will review your claim and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
